Start – Removing the Micro-SD Card: Disconnect the battery from your radar sign, then remove the Micro-SD card from the module located on the rear of the display. After removing the card, reconnect the battery. The radar sign will continue to operate normally but will not record data while the card is removed.

Step 1: Insert the Micro-SD card into the provided USB–Micro-SD card reader and connect it to your computer.

Step 2: When prompted to upload, open the USB drive and select the log0.hex.txt data file. Do not modify, rename, or delete the original log0.hex.txt file or any other files on your Micro-SD card.

Step 3: Click the “Choose File” button below, select your log0.hex.txt file, and then click “Upload.” The system will automatically convert your data into .csv and .xlsx formats.

Step 4: The processed radar data files (.csv and .xlsx) will automatically download to your computer’s default Downloads folder.

Step 5: After the download is complete, safely eject the USB–Micro-SD card reader from your computer before removing it. Leave all original files on the Micro-SD card unchanged. Do not delete any previous data from the log0.hex.txt file.

Finish – Re-installing the Micro-SD Card: Disconnect the battery from your radar sign again, reinsert the Micro-SD card into the module on the rear of the display, and reconnect the battery. The radar sign will restart automatically and resume normal data recording.
